is is for the third time in as many weeks, and is the reason that the road has now been closed. So many idiots driving through at great speed, which includes but and truck drivers.

Salisbury: a few days away there

I just love this city. Even after all the years that have passed since college days, the city just has not changed. Some pics for you here, lots of the Cathedral, I never get fed up of looking at this superb building…

A few days away

Good walk around the pine forests at Formby hoping to spot a few red squirrels…then on the beach past the old asparagus fields…then later to Another Place, where a team are in the process of re-mounting the Men on the Beach.

Lads out walking

John Wislon, that well-known spelling error, organised a walk from Elsecar Station around the area, missing out the George and Rock much to our horror, but made up for it when we returned to Elsecar, and the Maison du Biere at the Heritage Centre.
a great day out.

progress!

back axle is in, and bolted up. The U bolts I bought were too long, and not enough thread, so I got the die set out, but the die holder would not turn very far, because of the two long handles! Soon found a way around it though, using a modified box spanner and a rather large spanner to turn it!
Propshaft now bolted up…hubs next!
