One of these amazing hand-crafted Unstone Grips can soon be put to use on your Mog for just £10, inc p&p. The grip is so easy to use, and is no risk to paintwork, unlike a tommy bar attached to a bunch of keys. Both lugs engage in the  holes in the round knurled sidescreen  ‘nuts’, so an even rotary pressure is applied, unlike other tools which engage with only one hole.

My most recent acquisition, a 1962 Lister LD1.

I have cleaned it (a bit), removed the fuel tank to clean years of accumulated crud out, coated the inside of the tank with a special sealant, fitted a new fuel filter, and mounted it on a trolley. Click the link, but turn your sound up first!

Yes, at the 2015 National Mog gathering at Llangollen, the Unstone Grip was awarded the coveted Innovations Award, along with the John Taylor Trophy. Judge Steve Simmonds was very impressed with the device, saying how its use would be a paintwork saver, for instances where a tommy bar could slip and scratch paint. Now, I am thinking of producing some to sell! Watch this space!

Sprinting at Aintree today, I fell at Beechers Brook. Ouch!

Trailered back to the paddock area, my sprinting day was over. I am a bit sore, but apart from that, ok.
And this, taken a day later, shows why I am sore!
